Refund policy

-If you have any issues with any item, please let me know as soon as possible. 

-Owner has the right to refuse returns for any reason. 

-If at any time during the first 14 days, you are not satisfied with your purchase, provide your original purchase receipt to receive store credit or exchange. 

-Please follow all care instructions on items purchased. Treat delicate items with caution. I suggest washing anything you love in cold water, gentle cycle, and hanging dry. Returns will not be given for customer misuse or damage. 

-Returned items must be free of stains, odors and obvious signs of wear. Tags must still be attached. 

-Customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless product has a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship. 

-FINAL SALE ITEMS INCLUDE: jewelry, candles, accessories, shoes, headwear, purses, leggings, swimsuits, air freshie, and home decor.
